Gwen’s story (as dictated to Mama)

I was born in Germany. Mama & I lived with Grandpa & Grandma in New Hampshire when Papa went to Iraq.

Right now I live on a farm in Missouri with my parents and my big sister, Lydia. Pretty soon, I’ll have a little brother too! His name is Samuel and in Chinese, he’s called “DiDi” which means little brother. I’m called “MeiMei” in Chinese, which means little sister. Lydia is my “JieJie” - older sister.

Last year we went to China to meet Lydia. I got to climb the Great Wall and then take a big slide back down. I also got to see Hong Kong and meet Cinderella at Disneyland Hong Kong.

I like helping Papa in the barn and helping Mama take care of the animals. When the snow is gone, I get to buy some baby chickens and keep them in our kitchen. (Note by Mama - In the kitchen for about 10 days, and then out to the garden shed!)
